Mr. Nguyen The Cuong has more than 20 years of experience in finance and technology. He is an expert in Digital Transformation in Finance — Banking industry with major projects such as Digitexx, Toyota, GMO Cryptonomics, etc. During his career path, he has spent a lot of time researching Technology and Digital Transformation and its application in economic projects, which attract a lot of attention from customers because of its convenience, innovation, and modernity.

Before becoming Co-Founder & CEO of FINATECH, he spent many years working as Branch Director, Direct Sales Manager, CEO & Founder at big technology companies. He is also the Co-Founder of Next Generation Exchange Ltd/ FinanceX Exchange based in Singapore; as well as the Director of Digital Transformation at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM (Technology company of GMO Internet Group — Japan).

Mr. Nguyen The Cuong has devoted a lot of wisdom, time, and enthusiasm to Vconomics. He shared:

Mr. Tran Duc Thong is currently the Co-Founder & CTO of FINATECH. He is passionate about Blockchain, Fintech and Digital Transformation related projects. That is why he decided to join FINATECH and directly conduct the project Vconomics — Decentralized Digital Economy.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of technology and became a Project Manager when he was only 22 years old. As a progressive person, he spends most of his time researching and learning the latest technologies, and applying them to solve practical problems. He does not hesitate to challenge himself in new fields, and dreams of becoming one of the Fintech leaders. That is the motivation for him to be more determined on the path of building and developing Vconomics — Decentralized Digital Economy.

Before becoming Co-Founder & CTO of FINATECH, Mr. Tran Duc Thong held the position of Director Of Engineering of Next Generation Exchange Ltd/ FinanceX Exchange. This interesting opportunity has allowed him to meet Mr. Nguyen The Cuong — the current CEO & Co-Founder of FINATECH. Although working in two different fields, the two have the same goal, which is to found a project to simulate the digital economy.

The founding of Vconomics has been “conceived” for a long time. He always thinks of digital transformation plans for businesses and applies technology solutions in fields such as finance, economics, etc. He shared:

“Vconomics is the embodiment of the future digital economy. This ecosystem will provide people with interesting experiences in the financial industry, and at the same time open up opportunities to develop a decentralized economy with a large spread and strong influence.”.

Sharing about future technology trends, he said: “In the 4.0 technological revolution wave, everything changes rapidly. Mr. Ngo Van Tau is currently the Chairman and CEO of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. He studied in the faculty of “Software Engineering” at Hakodate National College of Technology (Hokkaido, Japan). In Japan, he was honored to win many prizes in mathematics and programming for supercomputers such as Mathematics Contest, Parallel Programming Contest…

After graduating with a Master’s degree from the University of Electro-Communications in Japan in 2004, in 2005, he became the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. The message that he sent to all members of the company was “to be happy”, work hard so that people around you are always smiling and happy. That is also the motto of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM — “We work for your smile”.

So far he has more than 16 years of experience in “sailing” the GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM boat. The company has won many major awards in the field of Software Export, Information Technology Services, Digital Transformation solution provider services, etc.

As an advisor of “Vconomics — Digital Economy”, he expressed his love and interest in this special project:

“Vconomics will probably be a big hit in the future. This is a potential ecosystem for everyone”.

2. Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh — Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director, Tokyo Branch Director of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM company

As a member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director, Tokyo Branch Director of GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM, Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh has devoted a lot of energy towards the goal of “Becoming the №1”

In 1999, he studied abroad under the Japanese Government’s scholarship system. In 2005, when he was a Ph.D. student majoring in Computer Technology, he co-founded the RUNSYSTEM company, holding the position of Deputy Director of the company. In 2007, after graduating with a Master’s degree, he established the RUNSYSTEM branch in Japan, concurrently holding the position of Branch Manager. In 2015, he returned to Vietnam to be directly in charge of the Offshore segment and Director of GMO-Z.com Vietnam Lab Center.

He is a passionate and meticulous leader. Carrying a Samurai spirit of the Japanese, he always tried climbing uphill but never thought of himself at the top and fell asleep on victory; always fight with the highest level of spirit and enthusiasm to achieve what you want.

When talking about the Vconomics project, Mr. Nguyen Tan Minh said:

“The development of digital economy applications is quite new in Vietnam, so Vconomics has the opportunity to achieve success.”.

He also expressed his expectation for this special ecosystem, wishing that Vconomics will develop and become a Finance — Technology solution for domestic and international users.
